At Doni Organics, we are committed to providing you with high-quality hair care products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, we will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• It must be unused and unopened.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• If rejected (e.g., item opened or used), the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Sale items (if marked “Final Sale”)
