Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to U.S. & Canada. Free shipping is only available for USA not for Canada.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

To track your order anytime, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit your Shopify order status page.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

• Check around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc.)

• Wait 24 hours in case of a delayed scan by the carrier

• Then contact us at doni.organics@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at doni.organics@gmail.com

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
